This means that a portion of your mailing address is incorrect or incomplete, such as a missing apartment, building or unit number. Why do we need your postal address when we send your surveys via email? So we can promptly send you notification of any prizes you win from our sweepstakes and giveaways and any products that you might agree to test. We appreciate you updating your address information by doing the following: Go to edited Log in with your username and password Click on the Update Your Info menu item (at top of screen) Fill in your correct street address, city, state and zipcode It will take less than 5 minutes. My address is correct.  Its the very same address I've been receiving mail at since October 2005.
