Thanks for getting back to me and I read your posting on Craigslist,and I am very interested in the room. It's in the perfect location for me and it sounds like we could be great roommates. About me: I'm Veronica Guidry female from Spain, specifically Malaga.i am 32 years of age. I am currently working with the Federal Agency of Works and Natural Resources . I am pretty quiet and neat,but not obsessively so. I'm responsible and will pull my weight around the apartment and pay bills on time. I like to cook, and it would be great to have people to cook with or eat with, but it's definitely not a requirement in a roommate. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.I've got a lot going on this year, so i won't be around the apartment all that much. Mostly, I’d just like a place that I can come home to and chill at the end of the day. I am social, though, and get along well with most people. I probably won't have too many house guests, but I would like to feel comfortable bringing friends over once in awhile.

More so i would really want to secure the room before my arrival, and more so to know if it would be possible for me to pay for the room before my arrival, So i will like to know the total amount of the room per month and the utility included. All these information are very important so that i can submit my proposal to my Organization.My Organization will be responsible for all the fees and the payment .Please let me know if I can give you any more info that would be helpful for making your decision. I will be more than happy if you can tell me little about you too. I will also like to see more picture of the room if possible.

Domain it was sent from doesn't exist as a working site. Another clue we are in scam land, or at the very least (again) forced traffic to the affiliate link land.

Okay, let me spell out the ways this stinks.

If you are legitimately looking for a room to rent, you don't need to falsify or cloak your email address. The first email was from michelle3fa@gmail.com but the reply went to email address carlisa1981yen@gmail.com. The reply was also from carlisa1981yen@gmail.com.

If you read the ad, there are 4 current pictures included in the ad itself. Why would she need more pictures?

In my first reply I specifically asked her if she was over 40 or not, and made it clear that I could not rent to her if she wasn't 40 years old or older. See bolded age above.

She clearly states that she's only 25, and a doctor to boot. My butt she's a doctor. Maybe she plays a doctor on television, or maybe she once 'played doctor' with the boy next door, but in my opinion only Doogie Howser MD is 25 years old and working as a medical doctor. And that was only on TV, it's very rare for someone age 25 to be a full-fledged MD in real life.

It takes 8-10 years to become a fully fledged medical doctor, this liar would have had to graduated from high school before she was 15 years old to be a MD at 25 years of age.

If you read the ad itself (and aren't just trying to scam me) it says very clearly what is included in the rent. All the 'equipment' is listed in the ad.

If she's going to be doing medical research like she states, why not give me the name of her new employer at St Charles Medical Center (the only hospital in this area)?

If this liar was actually working at unaids.org, and her boss was really involved in this, don't you think she would have a unaids.org email address?. Both of the email addresses were gmail, which any idiot can sign up for. I have around 10 gmail addresses of my own.

She never did address the non-smoking question. I am on nocturnal oxygen and therefore CANNOT allow smoking in my house even if I could stand the smell of smoke (truthfully, it makes me want to PUKE!). Besides, after 10 months of living with a smoker, I am fully aware of how even forcing them to smoke outside is not good enough. My former roommate's body, hair, clothes, and room smelled of smoke even though he never smoked in the house (or at least I never CAUGHT him smoking in the house!). He's been gone for a week and his bedroom still has a stench of smoke.

Where are the numerous references I asked for in my ad? If this person was legitimate, I should have 3-5 references. And if she's really a hot shot medical doctor at UNAIDS in Geneva Switzerland at least one of those references should be from the executive director Michel Sidibe http://www.unaids.org/en/

If I agreed to her plan, I am sure I would find myself with a check that either wasn't cashable OR once it was cashed it would turn out to be a bogus check. My bank would hold ME responsible for that check and any overdraft or other fees relative to it

The phone number area code is for WESTERN Oregon, but the job is supposedly located in EASTERN Oregon (Bend, Oregon to be exact)

When I googled the phone number it comes up with a whole bunch of ads for free kittens on Craigs List. Funny how an ad supposedly from Williamsport and another ad from Annapolis have the same exact wording and phone number isn't it now? And a mobile listing for 3 week old kittens. Hmmmm, nobody but a scammer spammer idiot would even try to give away kittens that haven't even been weaned yet

Same phone number comes up with Auburn Alabama and Sioux City IA Craigs List listing for pitbulls. Also lots of listings for other animals throughout the USA. This smells really bad.

Reverse phone number brings up a cell phone in St Helens, OR (still in Western Oregon, not EASTERN Oregon). Theres a difference of 200-250 miles between Bend, Oregon and St Helens, OR. Why would a job that is supposedly in Bend be using a cell phone from St Helens, OR.

Then there's the email address. Gmx.com is a free email address. Any business that can pay 12.00 an hour (which is fairly high for this neck of the woods, minimum wage is currently $8.80 per hour here, and I was hard pressed to get $10.00 per hour when I moved back here in 2005--and the economy has tanked since then in case you hadn't already noticed) can certainly afford to have their own website and domain name.

In this country NOBODY uses TICKET in a job posting.

This may come as a shock to the person that thought spamming Neobux on my blog was acceptable..........do you even read what you are posting on? A complaint about PIF's popup that abuses visitors to their page and Neobux, how to they relate to one another? I bet you can't answer that question mostly because they don't relate at all.

The Neobux spammer stated this: Our 'job' is to see ads every day. IMO, this person should really learn how to define job. PTC/PTR and all the rest other than a few big name MLM is a HOBBY. I might add, it's a hobby that pays pretty poorly for most people.

If clicking links were such a lucrative JOB, I shouldn't have had to sell most of my belongings over the last 3 years to pay my bills. If clicking links were such a lucrative JOB, my mother shouldn't have had to pay most of my space rent for nearly a year. If clicking links were such a lucrative JOB, why did I have to rent out a bedroom and bathroom in my house to pay my bills for the last ten months?

If you actually think PTR/PTC/Surveys/PTSU etc are a real job, here's a idea for you to try out, when it comes time to fill out your next loan application or job application, put down that you click links for fractions of pennies (or even for up to 15 cents per click at the really scammy sites) as your job. Be sure to give them the names of the program owners as your 'employers.' I can guarantee that you will hear the laughter of the human resources department or the bank manager for literally miles after you leave. I think the terms 'screaming with laughter' or 'laughing until they cried' would be appropriate here. And you won't get a loan based on that income or a job based on that 'experience'.

No, a job is something that pays REAL money like 8-9-10-12-15-20 dollars per hour. PER HOUR.

A job is where you get paid for your own effort, not people 5 levels or more below you. A job is where you might get health benefits, vacation time, etc.

I make more writing 500 word articles for $2.00 each than I do at PTC/PTR/surveys/PTSU sites. The best year I've ever had with PTR and the like, I made a whopping $3000.00 and some of that was ad redemptions and physical items not cash. Even if it was cash that's $250.00 a month.......I pay out a minimum of $645.00 per month every month. Do the math.

If I had ever considered joining this site, their popups with "deep links not allowed" have turned me right off. It is NOT me (or anybody else clicking those links) that is the problem, it is their members. If they do not allow their members to promote their site through "deep links" (whatever the hell those are anyway) then tell their members that, and remove the popups from their pages. All the popups do is slow people down and irritate them. And in my case, I won't even take a 'deeper' look at a site that jumps all over ME for their own members errors. I will just close the popup and then close the site. I might even edit my hosts file so that I won't have to look at the site, and have a nasty popup in my face, when I am not the one doing anything wrong. PIF 4 Riches needs to get their heads out of their asses and communicate with their members, not with people who are just clicking links from PTC and PTR sites. We who are clicking have no way of knowing what methods of promotion are and are not allowed. Rant over!
