Medium sized yard with automatic sprinkler system; it would be great if you could do yard work (tools provided); lots of trees; deer, birds and squirrels roam the park! Lots of resident activities in the clubhouse too (bingo, morning exercises, potlucks). One mile each way from SE 3rd Street between Reed Market Road and Wilson Avenue. Convenience store/gas station 2 blocks from mobile home park, Bend Senior Center 3 blocks from mobile home park, Safeway 2 ½ miles from mobile home park.

Please be a non-smoker (this is not negotiable, I use oxygen). No drugs (this includes no marijuana or other soft drugs), no drinking, no serious criminal history. Background check will be performed, please provide 3-5 verifiable references (personal or business, business preferred though). Total move in cost $900.00 (first and last).

Bonus points given for handyperson skills such as plumbing and minor repairs.

Bedroom includes mattress, box springs (no bed frame), window seat, closet, 3 lamps. Windows look out on side yard, this room gets a lot of sunshine (blinds provided and tree in front of window gives you more privacy).

Bathroom includes tub/shower, sink, toilet, small undersink storage cabinet, and medicine chest.

Floors are carpeted throughout the house except for the kitchen, utility room, office area, foyer, and your bathroom.

Includes cable internet access capability (please provide your own computer), cable television capability (please provide your own television), heating (wood stove with electric furnace as backup), central air conditioning, off street parking for one vehicle, water, garbage, in-house washing machine, access to park clubhouse (clothes dryer in clubhouse, 35 cents per load to dry), easy 5 minute access to Bend Area Transit, secured mailbox, lots of natural light, landline phone (no long distance).

You do not need to be a neat freak, but please don't expect me to clean up after you. Cleaning supplies, paper towels, and vacuum cleaner provided on request, but please remember that I'm not the maid, I'm just the landlady!
