As stated on our website, Personal Starter accounts can receive funds for free, up to a limit of $400.00 USD/month or $2000.00 USD/lifetime. Once these limits are reached, the member will automatically be upgraded to a Personal Pro account.

It says 2000 PER YEAR on the site, no mention of lifetime.
